These reports show the performance of sold articles across your location.
Types of Sold Articles reports
In unTill Air you can view three types of Sold Articles reports:
- Sold articles per Space report
- Display sold articles grouped by space, allowing you to compare sales performance across different areas of your location and analyze where specific items perform best.
- Sold articles report
- Provide an overview of the best-selling articles at you location, showing quantities sold and total amounts to help identify hight-performing items.
How to access these reports?
To access Sold articles per Space report, please follow these steps:
- Navigate to Reports > Sold Articles per Space.
- Specify the period of the report and select the Space you want to analyze.

Tip: On the right side selector, you can switch between different timeframes or set a custom period. Select the last option in the column to set a custom period.
- You will have access to the list of sold articles grouped by Space.
To access Sold articles report, please follow these steps:
- Navigate to Reports > Sold Articles.
- Specify the period of the report.

Inside these reports
Sold articles per Space
| Data | Description |
|---|---|
| Article name | View the name of each sold article |
| Space | View the name of the space where the article was sold |
| Articles sold | View the quantity of each article sold |
| Sales | Monitor the total sales amount for each sold article |
| Ex. VAT | Track the total sales amount, excluding VAT for each article |
| VAT | View the total VAT collected from sales of each article |

Additionally, you are able to export this information to different formats (CSV, XLSX, PDF)
