This feature is currently available only for locations based in the UK.

In unTill Air, you can configure a service charge to be automatically added to bills in the POS. This is particularly useful for locations in the UK, where adding a service charge to a bill is a common practice.

You can configure a service charge for a specific space, allowing different service charge settings for different spaces within the same location. To do that, please follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Back Office > Spaces.
  2. Click 'Add new space'.
  3. Enable the 'Service charge' checkboxand enter the percentage that should be automatically added to bills in the POS for this space.
  4. Click 'Continue' and complete the space setup.

Once a service charge has been enabled for a space, it will be automatically applied to all future orders created within that space and included in the bill.
