Switch from POS to Back Office
Who can use this feature?
✅ Location Owners and POS Users
While working with POS, you can easily switch to the Back Office to be able to manage your location settings, check reports, and perform other actions available in the Back Office without having to switch devices.
To access the Back Office from your POS screen, follow these steps:
- Tap on the 'Menu' icon
- Click 'Back Office' in the menu and confirm that you want to leave the app and open the Back Office in the browser.
- You will be redirected to the Back Office in the browser, where you need to log in using your credentials.
