I just installed new printers – why aren’t they printing tickets?

If you previously used your printers with another POS system, it may be necessary to reset them to factory settings before connecting them to unTill Air. This ensures a clean setup and helps avoid issues with ticket printing.

How to reset your printer:

  1. Access the printer software and go to settings.

  2. Look for the option called 'Reset to factory settings' and follow the on-screen instructions.

Tip: some printers, like Epson POS models, allow you to reset the device without logging in to the software. You can use a paperclip or the tip of a pen to press and hold the reset button located on the back of the printer.

Since reset methods vary per brand, we recommend checking the manufacturer’s guide for your specific printer model.

Once the reset is complete, you can reconnect the printer to your unTill Air account. Your tickets should now print correctly, as the printer has returned to its default configuration.
