Subscription plans: explained

While subscribing to unTill Air after the free trial, you can select one of the following 3 packages:

• Basic: all the essentials

• Standard: Basic, plus printers

• Hospitality extra: Standard, plus additional hospitality functionalities

Depending on the package you selected, the corresponding features included into packages will be switched on/off. For example, if you go with the Basic subscription, you won't be able to add printers and print kitchen/bar tickets and paper bills unless you switch to the Standard or Hospitality extra plans.

If you don't have access to some features such as courses or table plans, this means that you're not on the Hospitality extra plan and therefore cannot benefit from these advanced functionalities.

Want to upgrade to unlock these features? Absolutely! Simply go to the 'Locations and subscriptions' page under 'My profile' section and edit your subscription.

Switch to the 'Locations and subscriptions' page and click on the edit 'pencil' icon next to your location as shown on the image below:

Here, you can upgrade your subscription to other plans to get access to extra features.

Note: You cannot downgrade your subscription in unTill Air. For example, if you have subscribed to the Standard plan, you cannot switch to the Basic package. In this case, an upgrade to Hospitality extra is the only way how you can update your subscription plan.
