Set up payment terminals


Who can use this feature?

Note: You can set up the payment terminals and begin using cashless payments only if you have access to unTill Payments. This access cannot be provided while you are on a trial period; you must switch to a regular subscription first.

To set up the payment terminals, please follow these steps:

  1. Add a card payment method in the Back Office.

  2. Go to the Payments portal and request payment methods.

  3. Send a request for the terminals whether to your reseller or if there is no resellers in your region to an unTill Air representative.

  • Navigate to 'Need Help?'.

  • Use the contacts provided by the Reseller to reach them.

  • Call them or send an email with a request for terminals.

If you have linked terminals, you can add them in the Back Office.

  1. Add a terminal with a POIID indicated in the Terminals section of the Payments portal.

  2. Navigate to Equipment > Screens.

  3. Modify the already added screen.

  4. Select a terminal in the special field.

Note: Pay attention to the language settings of the terminals; they should match the language requirements set for tickets.
