Fire next course
Who can use this feature?
While working with different Courses, you need to inform the kitchen staff when the next Course is ready to be served.
Following this, the relevant preparation printers, associated with the Articles in the Course to be served, will issue the order ticket.
If Articles in a Course are assigned to multiple printers, each preparation printer will issue a ticket listing only the Articles assigned to that specific printer.
Following this, also the colour of the table with the next Course to be served will be changed.

To perform this action and inform the kitchen staff, you can use the Fire next course feature.

To use Fire next course, please follow these steps:
Open the unTill Air app.
Create an order with Articles assigned to different Courses.
Tap on the button 'Fire next course'.
Select the table for the next Course.
The ticket containing information about the requested next Course will be issued from the relevant preparation printer, and the color of the table will change accordingly.
If you use the 'Fire next course' button for a table where the last Course has been served, no changes will happen. This means that if your customers order a main dish after serving a dessert, it's not possible to use 'Fire next course' and indicate that main course should be served.
