Reprint bill


Who can use this feature?

If a bill is lost or a customer wants to get it digitally once again by scanning it or emailing, you can use the 'Reprint bill' feature that allows you to reprint or reshow any bill registered in your location. Then, depending on the settings of your screen (whether your screen is set to show digital bills or to printing) you will be able to print this ticket or present a digital bill via a QR code or an email functionality.

To reprint a bill, please follow these steps:

  1. Open the unTill Air app.

  2. Navigate to the control screen.

  3. Select the bill you want to reprint or reshow its QR code.

  4. Tap on the 'Reprint bill' button.

  1. Select the needed action from the pop-up with QR.
