Who can use this feature?

When you register in unTill Air, you get a trial period for the first two weeks allowing you to test the features and understand if our solution is a good match with your business.
Note: Some features in the Back Office may be unavailable during the trial period because access to unTill Payments is not allowed until you switch to a paid subscription.
In the section 'Locations and subscriptions', you can manage your subscriptions including activation of a subscription when it is on trial, managing the number of screens, adding a new location and cancelling a subscription.
To access this section, please follow these steps:
Navigate to 'My profile' by clicking the 'profile' icon located in the top right corner.
Switch to the tab 'Locations and subscriptions'.
When a trial comes to an end or if you want to skip a trial period to get started with unTill Payments, you can activate your paid subscription. To do this, please follow these steps:
On the 'Locations and subscriptions' page, select the corresponding location and click on the 'edit' icon.
The 'Activate subscription' page will appear, here you need to provide the following details:
City
Postal code
Street
Street number
Additional address information (optional)
VAT number
Chamber of commerce (optional)
On the next page, where you can select a suitable subscription plan, choose your payment terms and indicate the number of screens in use.
After selecting a subscription plan, the pop-up that allows you to enter your payment details will appear. In this pop-up, enter your card details or use other payment methods such as SEPA payments, iDEAL, or Bancontact. Also, you can subscribe to unTill Air using a coupon.
After the payment is processed, your subscription will be activated.
You can arrange a new subscription and get access to a new location directly within the existing unTill Air account.

In unTill Air, you can change your current subscription plan. You can modify various conditions like payment terms and the number of screens included in the subscription plan. For payment terms, you can choose between annual or monthly options.
Note: If you already have an annual subscription, you cannot switch to monthly payments.
To make this change, please follow these steps:
On the page 'Locations and subscriptions', click on the 'edit' sign.
Click 'Change subscription'.
To increase or reduce the number of screens, click on the relevant '+' or '-' sign. To change the payment terms, tick the checkbox provided.
The price of the subscription will change accordingly.
Click 'Save'.

In this section, you have the option to add a new payment method for your subscription plan.
You can add another credit card as a payment method or use SEPA payments to pay for the subscription directly from your IBAN.
To do this, please follow these steps:
On the page 'Locations and subscriptions', click on the 'edit' sign.
Click 'Update payment method'.
Click 'Add new payment method'.
If needed, switch from 'Credit card' to 'SEPA' or set another card as a payment method.
Enter either the required card details or the required details for SEPA payments.
You can cancel your subscription directly through the Back Office.
To cancel your subscription, please follow these steps:
On the page 'Locations and subscriptions', click on the 'edit' sign.
Click on the 'Cancel subscription' button.
Confirm this action.
If you have a paid subscription, after its cancellation, you will still have access to all features until the end of the paid term. At this point, the status of your paid subscription will change to 'Scheduled for canceling'.
If you have cancelled your subscription and wish to reactivate it, you can do that on the page 'Locations and subscriptions'.
Edit the subscription with the state 'cancelled'.
Click 'Reactivate subscription'.
Note: You will be charged for the subscriptions immediately according to the subscription plan set to this subscription.
Click 'Close' and refresh the page. The update of the status of your subscription may take some time.
As mentioned above, you can cancel your current subscription while all the data will be kept in your Back Office and reactivate this subscription later on.
This way, if you run a seasonal business, for example, you can stop using unTill Air POS (while still keeping access to the Back Office and reports) and then resume this subscription as soon as you need to use POS system again.
To pause and then resume your subscription, please follow these steps:
Once you do no longer need a POS system for a while and want to pause your current subscription, go to 'My profile' by clicking the 'profile' icon located in the top right corner.
Switch to the 'Locations and subscriptions' tab.
Click on the 'edit' (pencil) icon next to the relevant name of the location you want to pause subscription for.
On the appeared page, click on the 'Cancel subscription' button and confirm that you want to cancel. Your data in the Back Office will stay available for you.
At this moment, after your previously paid month comes to an end, you will no longer have access to POS.
When it's time to start your business operations again, log in to your unTill Air Back Office and go to 'My profile'.
Switch the 'Locations and subscriptions' tab.
Click on the 'edit' (pencil) icon next to the relevant name of the location you want to resume subscription for.
Click on the 'Reactivate subscription' button.
From now on, your subscription will be renewed and you can use POS on your devices again.
