Use multiple sales modes

In unTill Air, your location can combine two sales modes using different settings for screens.

To start working in two different sales modes, please follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Equipment.

  2. Click 'Add new equipment' and select 'Screen' or edit an existing one.

  3. Select whether Direct sales mode or Table plan mode.

Your further steps depend on the choice of the Sales mode.

  • Indicate any Direct sales area number.

  • Select a Space for Direct sales mode screen.

  • Select a bill printer.

  • Select a bill printer

  1. Link your screen using the QR Code provided.

If you need to connect your screen via the link provided, .

  1. Make the same actions for another screen and select alternative Sales mode.

  2. Create an order on the Direct sales mode screen and pay for this order.

  3. Open the screen to work in the Table plan mode.

  4. Create an order and then complete it.

So, you have processed orders using screens in two different sales modes.

Direct sales area Space

When creating a Space, you have the option to designate it only for Direct sales mode. If selected, this Space will not be visible in the Table plan mode. The visual representation of the Spaces with the Direct sales area feature enabled cannot be modified in the table editor.

To create a Space for Direct sales only, you need to tick the checkbox provided on the Spaces page while adding a new one.

You are also free to configure this Space, including the assignment of Articles and the use of features such as that will be available there.
