Why the tickets are issued on the wrong printer?

You likely have an active redirection to another printer. This means that after a printer error appears, a POS user selects an option to redirect the coming ticket to another printer, for example, it directs the food articles from a kitchen printer to a bar printer. This way you can deal with the hardware error or lack of paper inside but afterwards you might forget about this redirection.

If your tickets are printed on a different printer compared to the one the Articles are assigned to, please check the redirections on the printer management screen in the POS and if needed delete a redirection.
