Use payment methods

Who can use this feature?

✅ POS Users

To start using a new payment method in the POS, please follow these steps:

  1. Open the unTill Air app on your screen.
  2. Create any order.
  3. Verify the ability to settle a bill using a new payment method in the POS.
  4. Proceed to make a payment by a new payment method.

Tip: If you use the cash payment method, you can use the return amount feature that shows the change amount. For details on how to use this feature, refer to this page.

To accept the card payment methods and use the terminals integrated into the POS, you can request access to unTill Payments.

If unTill Payments is enabled and no terminal is assigned to a screen in the Back Office, you will be prompted to assign a terminal from the POS by selecting one from the list of available terminals at your location. After selecting a terminal, you can also select the "Set as default for all future sessions" checkbox to keep this terminal assigned to the screen for future payments. If no terminals are available, an error message will be displayed and the card payment cannot be processed.
