Start free trial

In unTill Air you can try out the Back Office and POS features free of charge to understand whether our solution suits your business needs or not. After completing the , you have a trial period of 14 days, no payment details needed.

Note: will be unavailable during a free trial. To request unTill Payments and start using it, you need to activate your paid subscription.

End of free trial

While coming to an end with a 14-day free trial, you will receive email reminders and see special banner in the Back Office and POS. By following the link provided in these notifications, you can subscribe to unTill Air.

In case you have decided to not continue with unTill Air after the trial comes to an end, you shouldn't do anything - your subscription will not be started and you will not be charged. Your unTill Air account will remain active after the trial has ended, so you can access the data in your Back Office if needed and change your mind and go back at any moment. All is up to you!

Activate subscription

Whether your trial has ended and you want to enroll into a paid subscription to continue using unTill Air or you want to skip your trial period to request and start using unTill Payments, you need to activate your subscription.

To activate your subscription, you need to open the corresponding page in one of these three ways:

  • Via the link in your email notification

  • Via the link in the top bar yellow notification in the Back Office

  • By navigating to and selecting your location which is currently in the trial period status

You'll see the following page:

Here, you need to specify the following information:

  • City

  • Postal code

  • Street

  • Street number

  • Additional address information (optional)

  • VAT number

  • Chamber of commerce (optional)

Note: If your business doesn't have a VAT number, you need to check the 'Company without a VAT number' box.

The next step is to select a subscription plan that fits you best. You can choose either monthly payments or annual payments subscription plan (in the case of annual plan, you get a 10% discount). Here, you can also manage the number of screens (devices) included into your subscription.

Then click 'Select plan' and proceed.

You will see the pop-up where you need to provide your payment details to pay for this subscription. You can use different payment methods:

  • By card

  • Using SEPA payments

  • iDEAL

  • Bancontact

  • Using a voucher (coupon)

Once the payment is accepted, your subscription will be activated. This way you can roll from a trial to a paid subscription in unTill Air.
