Print a QR code on the bill

If customers at your Point-of-Sale might want not only receive a printed bill but also have a way to get it in a digital format to save afterwards, you can provide them with a bill on which the QR code containing the digital bill is printed.

To print a QR code on the bill, please follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the General > Tickets in your Back Office.

  2. Edit the 'bill' ticket (double-click on the corresponding line).

  3. Tick the checkbox 'Print QR code'.

  4. Click 'Continue'.

Now, bills printed in your location will include a QR code with a link to a digital bill at the bottom of the ticket.
