Oeps... Payment failed
When the error 'Payment failed' comes up, it's important to read the whole error message. For example, this error after trying to process a card transaction via unTill Payments may mean that your card terminal is not assigned to your screen or the Tap to Pay feature is not enabled on the device where you try to process a transaction. Also it can be the case when a specific transaction has been rejected because of the insufficient balance on the card of the client who is settling their bill at your location.
This specific information will be communicated directly in the error message under the title 'Oeps... Payment failed'.
Note also that some apps such as, for example, TeamViewer can ipact processing transaction which may result into rejected transactions. Please check which apps are running along the unTill Air app and if needed communicate this to your reseller.
In the case when the error occurred because of the system issue that can't be resolved by you, we will show a relevant message and ask you to contact your reseller to notify us about the payment issue. We will find a way to solve the problem that could occur while processing your transaction.
