POS Users
Who can use this feature?
POS User reports provide Location Owners with information on the total number of orders handled by each employee, as well as details about Voids and Discounts applied.
Types of POS Users reports
You can view two types of POS Users reports:
POS Users reports
Get information about the sales, Voids, and Discounts for the selected POS User.
Sales per POS User reports
Get information about total sales and payments accepted by each POS User.
How to access these reports?
To access the POS Users reports, please follow these steps:
Navigate to Reports > POS Users.
Select the user.
Specify the period of the report.
To access the Sales per POS User reports, please follow these steps:
Navigate to Reports > Sales per POS User.
Specify the period of the report.
Data on the reports
Tip: On the right side selector, you can switch between different timeframes or set a custom period. Select the last option in the column to set a custom period.

You will see various sections containing information about the user's performance, including:
Turnover
Payments
Voids
Discounts
Sales per POS User reports
You will see the various sections containing information about the user's performance, including:
Total sales
Payment
Payment type
You are able to export this information to different formats (CSV, XLSX, PDF)
