From the table plan screen you can print the previous bill or reshow its QR code. For example, if a customer asks to scan a QR code again or send it also via email, or a printed bill is wasted or lost and should be replaced with another one, you can tap on the 'Print previous bill' button and quickly get a pop-up with a QR code and other options again.
Note: 'Print previous bill' doesn't mean that the bill will be only reprinted, you can also scan a QR or email it to the client's inbox.
To 'reprint' the previous bill, please follow these steps:
Open the unTill Air app on your screen.
Create an order and finalise the bill.
Close a QR pop-up (if you work with digital bills).
Tap on the 'Print previous bill' button.
A pop-up with a QR code will appear. Now, a customer can scan it again, send it by email or get the ticket printed.
Note: The option to print a bill from a pop-up with QR is available only if you have at least one bill printer added to your location.
