In the POS, you can track various details about the current order you are managing. This includes the current course of the overall order and the specific course for each article. Additionally, you can view the table number and the name of the current POS user who is working on this table.

To view this table information, please follow these steps:

  1. Open the unTill Air app on your screen.

  2. Create an order.

  3. Above the order list, you will see two tabs: 'Order' and 'Table info'.

  4. Swith to the 'Table info'.

  1. Now you can see the table information.

To get an insight what is the actual Course for a specific Article, first, you need to select this Article in the order list and then switch to the 'Table info' tab. In the line 'Article course' you can see the actual Course of your Article.

If you need to know the current Course of the whole order, unselect the Article in the order list and then switch to the 'Table info' tab and get this information in the line 'Current course'.

Note: You cannot view the table info from phones or other handheld devices as the dimensions of such screens don't allow the display of this section.

Tip: If you have an unconfirmed Article, you are able to change the Course for this. For details, .
