If you keep getting printer error like this:
Please follow these troubleshooting steps to resolve the error.
First, to temporarily resolve the issue and eventually print tickets or resolve one-time glitch, you can use one of the presented options such as:
Ignore printing for 1 minute
Temporarily redirect tickets to another printer within the network
Try to print tickets again using the 'Repeat' button

Now let's break down some common troubleshooting steps to resolve printing issues in its core.
Network issues: check that your Wi-Fi network is stable and your screen and printer are connected to the same Wi-Fi. Refer to this article for more details about network connection and how to configure it correctly in relation to using the unTill Air app.
Permissions on the screen: check that you have given the permission to the app to search for other devices in the network. This permission is necessary to connect to a printer and print tickets. Go to the settings on your device and head to the 'Apps' section (the settings on the devices might differ depending on the manufacturer). Here, find the unTill Air app and make sure that the 'Network permission' is turned on. After enabling this permission, try to print tickets again.
Wrong IP address: printers in unTill Air work exclusively through the IP network. So, it's important to make sure that you entered the correct IP address of your printer in the Back Office. Usually, on most models of printer manufacturers, you can print a test ticket where you can see the current IP address or you can use a network scanning tool on your smartphone, for example.
