How to request deletion of personal data

If you would like to request the deletion of personal data associated with your unTill Air account, you can do so by contacting us via email.

How to submit a deletion request

To request the deletion of your personal data, please send an email to privacy@untill.com.

This is the only channel through which personal data deletion requests can be initiated. Requests cannot be submitted through the Back Office, POS application, support chat, or an unTill Partner.

What happens after submitting a request?

Once your request has been received, unTill will handle it in accordance with the applicable Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and data protection requirements.

Please note that certain data may need to be retained to comply with legal obligations or other conditions outlined in the agreement.
