Who can use this feature?

In the Back Office of unTill Air, you have access to a modern chatbot powered by Intercom. This chatbot, called Claire, can answer Location Owners' questions quickly and does so with high quality and accuracy.
Our chatbot responds to your queries using the information from the Air manuals and websites, so you don't have to spend your time searching the sources for these details by yourself. Claire collects this information for you.
Claire is a perfect tool if you need a quick answer to a common situation or system features such as functions you may never have used before and need in the learning process.
We recommend you ask Claire first before seeking help from a reseller or unTill Air. If you can't find the information you need, Claire will clarify your question and suggest you contact your reseller or unTill Air.
So, while communicating with AI chatbot, you can always switch to human support if the digital assistant Claire cannot help you.
You can open the window with Claire by clicking on the icon featuring a robot located in the right bottom corner.
Then click 'Send us a message', then your communication with Claire starts.
Note: If the conversation was already closed because you clicked the 'That helped' button or didn't resume a conversation for a certain period of time, please don't ask Claire in the same conversation as you will not get an answer. Instead, open a new conversation.
