POS display sequence

Who can use this feature?

unTill Air offers a feature that allows Location Owners to tune the displaying of items in the POS.

You can modify the POS display sequence on the following pages:

  • Articles
  • Departments
  • Modifiers (for Modifier items)
  • Combi deal (for Combi deal items)
  • Menus (for Menu items)

Articles POS display sequence​

To customise the POS display sequence for Articles, please follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Products > Articles.
  2. Click on the available specific Department.
  3. Click on the POS Display Sequence.

Note: You will be able to click on the POS display sequence only after selecting the relevant Departments where the Articles you would like to configure are contained.

  1. Select the screen you would like to configure the sequence for.

Options:

  • Tablet
  • Phone
  • Tablet mini
  1. Modify the sequence of the items.
  2. Click 'Save'.

Departments POS display sequence​

To modify the POS display sequence for Departments, please follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Products > Departments.
  2. Click 'POS display sequence'.
  3. Select the screen you would like to configure the sequence for.

Options:

  • Tablet
  • Phone
  • Tablet mini
  1. Modify the sequence of the Departments.
  2. Click 'Save'.

Modifiers POS Display Sequence​

To change the POS display sequence for Modifiers, please follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Products > Modifiers.
  2. Create a new Modifier or edit an existing one.
  3. In the section of 'Items', click 'POS display sequence'.
  4. Select the screen you would like to configure the sequence for.

Options:

  • Tablet
  • Phone
  • Tablet mini
  1. Modify the sequence of the Modifier items.
  2. Click 'Save'.

Combi deal POS display sequence​

To change the POS display sequence for Combi deals, please follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Products > Combi deals.
  2. Create a new Combi deal or edit an existing one.
  3. After adding the Combi deal items, click 'POS display sequence'.
  4. Select the screen you would like to configure the sequence for.

Options:

  • Tablet
  • Phone
  • Tablet mini
  1. Modify the sequence of the Combi deal items.
  2. Click 'Save'.

To modify the POS display sequence for Menus, please follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Products > Menus.
  2. Create a new Menu or edit an existing one.
  3. After adding the Menu items, click 'POS display sequence'.
  4. Select the screen you would like to configure the sequence for.

Options:

  • Tablet
  • Phone
  • Tablet mini
  1. Change the sequence of the Menu items.
  2. Click 'Save'.
