What is unTill Payments?

unTill Payments is a payment system built in integration with the payment provider Adyen, designed to enhance the payment process.

unTill Payments allows you to accept cashless payments using card terminals that are integrated into the POS or just your devices such as smartphones and Android tablets thanks to the Tap to Pay feature. This means that the ordering, checking out and payment processes are unified and seamless and can be completed just from one device - no extra hardware needed.

All funds generated by your business will be securely stored and paid out to your bank account on the next day.

Preconditions of using unTill Payments

With unTill Payments, you're free to choose whether you want to take payments directly in the app using the Tap to Pay feature, or prefer to use traditional card terminals instead. However, it's important to note that unTill Payments works with specific Adyen terminals only. That's why to start operating with card terminals, you need to send a request to your reseller.

When using unTill Payments, certain fees are deducted from transaction amounts to ensure a reliable payment solution. For detailed information about our fees and rates, feel free to contact your reseller.

unTill Payments supports a wide range of different payment methods that you can accept at your location, including:

  • Maestro

  • Mastercard

  • VPay

  • Visa

  • Bancontact

  • Girocard

  • Digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and others)

Other payments methods are not yet available in unTill Payments.

Payouts

Your funds earned during the business day and accepted through unTill Payments will be transferred from to your bank account on the next day.

Payouts for location owners are made to the bank account on the 2d day after the transactions.

Get started with unTill Payments

As a regular unTill Air subscriber (not a free trial user), you can request and begin using unTill Payments. The onboarding for unTill Payments usually takes 1-2 days, after which you can go live with the payment system.

Note: If you are still in the free trial, you can't request unTill Payments for your location. First you need to switch to a regular subscription. On how to do so, .
