Manage Combi deals

Who can use this feature?

To create a Combi deal, please follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Products > Combi deal.

2. Click 'Add new combi deal'.

3. Provide a name for your new Combi deal.

4. Assign your Combi deal to the relevant Department and Space.

5. Optional: Tick the checkbox 'Suggest a missing article to complete this combi deal'.

Select whether you want to see the prompts for possible Combi deals in the POS while the waiter is creating an order.

To accept the appearance of these prompts, tick the checkbox provided.

Note: This prompt for a Combi deal will only appear when one of the Articles from the deal remains unordered. For instance, if your Combi deal includes three Articles, the prompt will appear after you've ordered two of the Articles from this Combi deal.

1. Select the items:

• Provide a name for each Combi deal item

• Set a price for them

• Assign Articles to Combi deal items

1. Continue to add Combi deal items by following the previous steps.

Use the POS Display Sequence button to set the order in which Combi deal items are presented in the POS. This sequence determines on which Combi deal item the POS User will be able to defer the ordering of entire Combi deal in accordance with the request of the customers.

Combi deal items must be ordered sequentially. The POS User is required to select each item in the predetermined order and cannot proceed to the next item without selecting the previous one.

This way how the POS display sequence feature influences on the ability to defer a Combi deal ordering.

1. Click 'Save'.

Here is an example of creating Combi deal items:

Note: While ordering a Combi deal in the POS, you cannot apply an optional Modifier, only the mandatory Modifiers can be selected.
