Use Reasons

Who can use this feature?

✅ POS Users

To start using Reasons in the POS, please follow these steps:

1. Open the unTill Air app on your screen.
2. Create any order.
3. Next actions depend on whether you need to make a Void or Discount:

To make a Void

• Confirm the order by tapping on :white_check_mark:
• Return to this order.
• Tap on a specific item from the order first, and then tap on the Void button.
• Select the Void reason from the pop-up that appeared using the Reason that was recently created in the Back Office.
• Confirm this action.

To make a Discount

• Click on a specific item from the order and tap on the Discount button.
• Select the 'Discount reason' from the pop-up that appeared using the Reason that was recently created in the Back Office.
• Confirm this action by clicking :white_check_mark:

Tip: To enter the Reason more quickly and conveniently, you can double-tap the required reason in the pop-up.

Except the preconfigured Reasons you can type the Reason manually in the designated field.

4. After applying a Reason the Discounts or Voids will be applied.
