Manage number of screens


Who can use this feature?

In unTill Air, the term 'screens' refers to the tablets or phones that are connected and actively used within the POS application.

Your subscription plan determines how many screens you can use. If you want to add more screens beyond your plan's limit or decrease the number of screens you use, update the conditions of your subscription.

To manage number of screens, please follow these steps:

  1. From any page in the Back Office, you can access your account settings by clicking on the user account icon located in the top-right corner.

  2. Select 'My profile'.

  3. Under the heading 'My profile', click 'Locations and subscriptions'.

  4. Hold the pointer over the location's line and click the 'edit' sign.

  5. Click 'Change subscription'.

  6. You can add the needed number of screens up to 100 screens in total to your subscription plan or decrease the number of screens for this location.

Note: When you change the number of screens, the cost of the subscription will be recalculated accordingly.

If you increase the number of screens in use, you will be immediately charged the amount required to activate the additional screens.

If you reduce the number of screens, you'll continue to have access to the previous number until the next billing date. On that day, your payment will decrease to reflect the reduced number of screens.

  1. Click 'Save'.

Note: After the updating of the subscription conditions, sometimes it is necessary to refresh the page to see the changes in the Locations and Subscriptions section.

You can solve the lack of screens by replacing the active screen and adding a new one. For details, refer to this page.
