Who can use this feature?

Voids reports enable you to monitor and track voids, performed in the location for a specific period of time.
Voids reports provide visibility into the actions of POS Users who have performed voids, giving you insight into their activities.
How to access Voids report?
To get the report, please follow these steps:
- Navigate to Reports > Voids.
- Select a specific period.

Tip: On the right side selector, you can switch between different timeframes or set a custom period. Select the last option in the column to set a custom period.

- You will have access to a wide range of financial data.
Inside this report
| Data | Description |
|---|---|
| POS User | You can track which employees applied voids |
| Transaction | You can trace the transactions that are shown on the tickets |
| Date/time | You can get insights on when exactly the Void occurred |
| Articles voided | You can monitor the frequency of voided Articles to see which items are being voided more often in the POS system |
| Total amount | You can learn the information about the total amount of the Articles which were voided |
| Reason | You can view the Reasons specified by waiters when performing a Void transaction |
