While adding a new POS User, the Location Owner sets the User code for them. The User codes are unique and assigned to only one employee, so this allows to identify each POS User and grant them access to the unTill Air app considering permissions and settings configured in the Back Office by the Location Owner.
To grant access to the POS Users and then enter the POS, please follow these steps:
As a Location Owner, Add a POS User and provide them the User code.
As a POS User, open the unTill Air app.
Note: At this stage, the screen should be already linked to the location. For information on how to link a screen to the location, refer to this page.
In the login window, enter the User code provided to you.
Now that you are logged in, you can see the display name on the navigation bar and while placing orders.
Additionally, the name of the POS User will appear on the table where the order was created by this POS User, as well as on the tickets and reports printed by this user.
Click 'Confirm'
