Who can use this feature?

These reports provide you with a view of all sales operations within the location.
Types of Sales reports
In unTill Air you can view two types of Sales reports:
- Sales per group reports
- Provide an overall picture of your location's sales performance.
- Sales per hour reports
- Offer detailed information about sales within specific time periods for analysis.
How to access these reports?
To access Sales per group report, please follow these steps:
- Navigate to Reports > Sales per group.
- Specify the period of the report.

Tip: On the right side selector, you can switch between different timeframes or set a custom period. Select the last option in the column to set a custom period.
- You will have access to a wide range of financial data.
To access Sales per hour report, please follow these steps:
- Navigate to Reports > Sales per hour.
- Specify the period of the report.

Inside these reports
Sales per group
| Data | Description |
|---|---|
| Group | View sales data categorized by article groups |
| Quantity sold | View the total number of articles sold per group |
| Sales | Monitor the total sales volume of articles |
| Ex. VAT | Track the total sales amount, excluding VAT |
| VAT | View the total VAT collected from article sales |
Sales per hour
| Data | Description |
|---|---|
| Time | View the time periods during which articles were sold |
| Quantity sold | Track the number of articles sold each hour |
| Amount | Monitor the total sales volume of articles for each hour |
| Ex. VAT | Track the sales amount for each hour, excluding VAT |
| VAT | View the total VAT collected from article sales each hour |

Additionally, you are able to export this information to different formats (CSV, XLSX, PDF)
