Who can use this feature?

From the starting point when creating an account and location in unTill Air, you need to select one of the business types:

• Food & drinks

• Retail

Food & drinks

This business type is designed mostly for restaurants, cafés and other businesses that work with a table plan and courses which assume different stages of order preparation.

Retail

This business type is designed for small retail shops and other businesses that sell different goods in the direct sales mode. In the retail mode, there are no functionalities typical for hospitality such as table plans, courses, proformas etc. This way, your location is set to use only features you actually need for your daily operations.

You are always able to change the business type in the location settings. For details, refer to this page.
