Who can use this feature?

Preconfigured Discounts
Learn how to use Discounts in the POS that are preconfigured in the Back Office, including 'Whole bill' Discounts and 'Selected items' Discounts.
All items Discount
To use 'All items' Discount in the POS, please follow these steps:
Open the unTill Air app on your screen.
Create any order.
Tap on the 'Discounts' button.
The Discounts icon in the POS looks like this:
Tap on the Discounts selector and choose the 'Whole bill' Discount type, then select the desired Discount.
If required, indicate the Reason for applying this Discount.

To remove this Discount, tap on the 'Cancel discount' button.
To remove all Discounts applied, tap on the 'Cancel all discounts' button.
Selected items Discount
To use the 'Selected items' Discount in the POS, please follow these steps:
Open the unTill Air app on your screen.
Create any order.
Tap on the specific item.
Tap Discounts.
Tap on the Discounts selector and choose the 'By article' Discount type, then select the desired Discount.
If required, indicate the Reason for applying this Discount.
To remove this Discount, tap on the 'Cancel discount' button.
To remove all Discounts applied, tap on the 'Cancel all discounts' button.
Discount on total
To apply the 'Discount on total' in the POS, please follow these steps:
Open the unTill Air app on your screen.
Create any order.
Tap on any item in the order.
Tap 'Discount on total'.
Enter the discount value and confirm it.
If required, select the discount reason.
You can see the Discount on total applied to this order.
To remove the Discount on total, tap on the 'Undo discount on total' button.
Note: If you apply a percentage or amount Discount, or make a void, any previously applied Discount on total of this order will be removed automatically. In such cases, you will need to reapply the Discount on total.
