Courses availability
Who can use this feature?
☑️Location Owners
At the start of working with unTill Air, you need to decide whether to use Courses at your location.
However, if you change your mind and decide to enable or disable Courses later, you can manage their availability through the 'Location Settings'.
Disable Courses
If you disable Courses, they will no longer appear in the Back Office sidebar or be visible during POS operations on the screen.
To disable Courses, please follow these steps:
Navigate to 'Settings' > 'Location'.
To learn more about these customisable settings, including work start time, logoff duration for the POS User, Happy hour periods refer to this page.
Make sure that there is no corresponding checkmark in the checkbox 'Available courses'.
Click 'Save'.
Currently, the Courses feature is not available in the Back Office, you cannot find it in the Products section.
As a result, related features in the POS, such as 'Fire next course' and 'Change course,' have disappeared.
Enable Courses
If you enable Courses, they will appear immediately in the Back Office sidebar and will be visible during POS operations on the screen. All settings and features related to Courses will be available.
To enable Courses, please follow these steps:
Navigate to 'Settings' > 'Location'.
Tick the checkbox 'Available courses'.
Click 'Save'.
The Courses will appear in the Products section.
As a result, related features in the POS, such as 'Fire next course' and 'Change course' become available.
