Who can use this feature?

In unTill Air, the POS Users are able to add the desired messages to specific Articles to make sure that the dishes will be prepared in the kitchen exactly as the clients requested.
The Article messages are printed on the order tickets informing about the special requirements of the dish.
In the Back Office, you can configure some predefined Article messages that are especially frequent in the ordering process. For example, you can add messages as 'Gluten free', 'Nut free', 'No ice'. These preconfigured messages will be shown in a separate column in the POS when the user is going to add a message to an Article.
