Discounted articles
Who can use this feature?

After you have created Discounts, you can track their usage. The Discounted articles reports are generated in real-time, so you can see the data here once an order with Discounts applied is processed in the POS.
How to access Discounted articles reports?
- Navigate to Reports > Discounts.
- Select the period of the report you would like to view.

- You will have access to information about the Discounts applied.
Inside this report
| Data | Description |
|---|---|
| POS User | Track which POS Users have applied a specific Discount. |
| Transaction number | Use the transaction numbers to trace specific orders with Discounts applied. |
| Initial amount | Track the total initial amount, without any Discounts applied. |
| Article name | Monitor which specific articles were discounted. |
| Discounts(%) | View the percentage Discount applied to each transaction. |
| Discount | Track the monetary value reduced due to Discounts. |
| Final amount | Monitor the final amount after Discounts, to see their impact on revenue. |
| Reason | Track the Reasons entered by POS Users while applying Discounts. |
