After you have created Discounts, you can track their usage. The Discounted articles reports are generated in real-time, so you can see the data here once an order with Discounts applied is processed in the POS.
Navigate to Reports > Discounts.
Select the period of the report you would like to view.

You will have access to information about the Discounts applied.

Who can use this feature?
POS User
Track which POS Users have applied a specific Discount.
Transaction number
Use the transaction numbers to trace specific orders with Discounts applied.
Initial amount
Track the total initial amount, without any Discounts applied.
Article name
Monitor which specific articles were discounted.
Discounts(%)
View the percentage Discount applied to each transaction.
Discount
Track the monetary value reduced due to Discounts.
Final amount
Monitor the final amount after Discounts, to see their impact on revenue.
Reason
Track the Reasons entered by POS Users while applying Discounts.
