Unstable Connection Warning

Who can use this feature?

POS Users

When you work in the POS, you may see an 'Internet connection is unstable' warning message. This warning appears when the POS detects that the internet connection is weak, unstable, or temporarily unavailable.

The popup is displayed to prevent issues caused by poor connectivity, such as:

  • orders not syncing correctly,
  • delayed updates,
  • failed payments,
  • or temporary freezing of the POS.

The warning indicates that communication between the POS and the unTill Air server is unstable.

The POS temporarily blocks further actions until the connection improves.

Once the internet connection is restored, the popup disappears automatically and you can continue working normally.
