How do I receive an invoice for the paid subscription?
When a subscription is paid, you receive the corresponding invoice immediately in your email inbox. This invoice is sent to the email address indicated during the onboarding. Please check your inbox for the date when the subscription was paid. You can find the date of the payment in 'My profile' > 'Locations and subscriptions'.
