Who can use this feature?
Location Owners
The Categories are the highest level of the product setup that include Groups, Departments and Articles. The Groups are assigned to Categories.
When you begin working with unTill Air, the first step is to create Categories. After creating the Categories, you can proceed to add Groups, Departments, and Articles.
