Who can use this feature?
Location Owners
In the Equipment section of the Back Office, you can set up printers, screens, and terminals.
The printers can be of two types: preparation printers and receipt printers.
Preparation printers issue the order tickets that are intended to inform the kitchen staff about the Articles that were ordered. The receipt printer issues the bill tickets that are given to the client after settling the bill.
You need to define the type of printer by specifying its purpose while adding a new printer.

After adding a printer, you can link a screen to your location and run the POS on this device. You can link your screen in two ways:
Using QR code (access to camera required)
Using the link provided (no camera required)

Tip: If you reached the limit of the screens in use according to the current subscription plan and want to add more screens, you can change your subscription plan. For details, refer to this page.
In the Equipment section of the Back Office, you can add the terminals and enter their POIID to start accepting cashless payment methods created in the Payment methods section.
