Contacts


To find the contacts of your reseller, you can go to the 'Contacts' section of the Back Office. Here

  1. Click on the profile icon located at the top right corner of the page.

  2. Select 'My profile'.

  1. Switch to the 'Contacts' tab.

  2. Here, you will find reseller contacts that can be helpful for you whether you are looking for additional information on how to use unTill Air or encounter any issues that need to be fixed.

Providing of the contact details is up to a reseller, some of the contacts are mandatory to fill in, others are optional, so a reseller chooses what details and contacts they would like to give users.

  • Email (always)

  • Phone (always)

  • Website (optional)

  • Address (optional)

  • WhatsApp (optional)

If the WhatsApp number is provided by a reseller you may click on the designated green button to start chatting in the web version of WhatsApp.

This button is also available on any page of the Back Office on the top bar.

If you work with a reseller and want to start using unTill Payments, first send a request to use unTill Payments as described here and then contact your reseller to arrange a delivery of the payments terminals needed for unTill Payments.
