Table plan mode

Who can use this feature?

POS Users

What is the Table plan mode?

This mode is specifically designed for locations with various distinct Spaces, such as a terrace, first floor, or any other designated area. The Table plan mode stands apart from the Direct sales mode, offering a visual representation and management of table assignments.

Tip: While using the Table plan mode, you are able to customise Space to enhance visualisation. For details, refer to this page.

POS User and the Table Plan mode

In the Table plan mode, the POS Users can track the status of each table and handle orders. POS Users are responsible for providing services to customers and processing payments.

Unlike Direct sales mode, where transactions are processed directly without a visual representation of the tables, Table plan mode focuses on table management.
