If your business is in Aruba or Curaçao, during the setup process, you will be asked whether you would like to show a second currency on bills and proformas or not. Once this second currency is activated, the total amount in USD will be shown under the total, in a separate line.
Note: You can use this feature only if your location is registered in unTill Air under Aruba or Curaçao.
Standard currencies for these countries are the following:
Country | Currency |
---|---|
If you want to use a second currency (USD) to show the corresponding amount on bills and proformas to inform your clients better, you will need to enter a conversion rate.
Once you decide to use a second currency, you will be asked right away to enter the conversion rate. Please search for the current exchange rate of the basic currency in your country to Dollars US and fill it in. Then probably you will need to update this rate when it changes.
Note: unTill Air isn't responsible for updating the conversion rate you entered. Only you can change it if the need arises.
Also, after the setup process ends, you can manage a second currency shown on bills and proformas through the location settings.
To manage a second currency, please follow these steps:
Navigate to Settings.
Switch to the tab Location.
Activate/deactivate this feature using the checkbox provided. Tick this checkbox to activate a second currency and untick this checkbox to deactivate it.
Enter/change a conversion rate.
Click 'Save'.
