In unTill Air, you can set a specific duration for the slow service, allowing you to overview the status of tables within the Space.
After this time expires, a special icon will appear on the table to indicate slow service.
The POS User will see this icon like this:
To set a slow service time, please follow these steps:
Navigate to Settings.
Switch to the Location settings tab.
Click on the field 'Slow service time'.
Enter the time value in minutes.
If you leave this field with the 0 value, this feature will be disabled and the POS Users within this location will not see icons indicating the slow service time.
Click 'Save'.
