Who can use this feature?

☑️Location Owners

Once you're interested in unTill Air, feel free to register and get your 14-day free trial period. There is no need to enter your card details or choose a subscription model, and the sign-up process takes just a few minutes or even less.

Simply use the link your reseller provided and sign up by filling out the necessary information such as your email address, name, etc.

Sign up

Once the link to air.untill.com that the reseller sent to you is opened, you can register in the system. After it’s done, you will have an account in unTill Air. Once the page is opened, you’ll see the following form that needs to be filled out:

All the fields here are required to be filled out, including:

  • First name

  • Last name

  • Phone number

  • Country (predefined in case of following the reseller's link)

  • Email address

  • Password

Note: If you followed the link that your reseller sent to you, then the country is predefined by the reseller's country and you cannot change it.

After filling out all the information on this form, click on the 'Create an account' button and proceed to the next step - email verification.

Email verification

Once the email address is provided, it's time to verify it. Don't worry, it doesn't bring any hassle to you. Please open your inbox for the email address you indicated, receive the email with the verification code, copy this code using your computer mouse, and paste it into the field on the appearing page.

If the email verification code hasn't arrived in your inbox, consider the following reasons why this may have occurred:

  1. Your verification code might end up in the spam folder, please check your spam folder

  2. You might mistype when entering your email address, please check that your email is correct

  3. It might be a one-time problem, please resend a verification code using a relevant button

Business information

The next page where you need to provide some business information consists of two fields:

  • Name of your business

  • Business (location) type of your company

In the field 'Company name' enter the name you want your location to be called. This name will be shown in the Back Office, POS and on the subscription invoices.

Then, you need to select whether Food & drinks location type or Retail which will define the location configuration you get for your establishment.

For example, if you work with tables and want to have a table plan, then you should select Food & drinks as this mode is intended for restaurants, cafes, and other businesses within hospitality that have a table plan. So, if you create the unTill Air location for a restaurant, it's better to choose Food & drinks.

Tip: In the Food & Drinks, you can combine the work in the Table plan mode and Direct sales mode by using multiple screens. For details, refer to this page.

If you have a location that works only in direct sales such as a beauty salon, a kiosk shop, a food truck, or you're a local market vendor, select rather the Retail mode.

Tip: You can always change your mind and select another location (business) type in the location settings later on. For more information on how to do this, refer to this page.

Once the business information is provided and you clicked the 'Continue' button, your location will be created. No more steps are required to create your unTill Air location and get a free trial for 14 days.

Congratulations! Your unTill Air account and location have been successfully created. Now, feel free to set up your location the way you need. For quick setup, refer to our Quick Starts and take a look at the 'features' section of this manual to get familiar with the system faster.

What's next after the trial ends?

You have tried unTill Air and enjoyed our features? Perfect! Now, once you are ready to continue with the paid unTill Air subscription after your trial comes to an end, we ask you to complete the corresponding form in the Back Office and provide us with your payment details. After that, the subscription will be activated.

To activate your subscription, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to the 'Activate subscription' page using the link from the email notification about the trial period we send or from the link in the top bar yellow countdown notification or by navigating to the 'My profile' > 'Locations and subscriptions'.

  2. This page will appear:

Here, you need to specify the following information:

  • City

  • Postal code

  • Street

  • Street number

  • Additional address information (optional)

  • VAT number

  • Chamber of commerce (optional)

Note: If your business doesn't have a VAT number, you need to check the 'Company without a VAT number' box.

  1. Click 'Continue'.

  2. The page with subscription options and prices will appear:

Here, you need to choose your subscription plan, either monthly payments or annual payments (which gives a discount).

When subscribing, you can select the number of devices you need and see how much would it cost. Click on + and - icons to manage the number of screens and then click 'select plan' to proceed with one of the unTill Air subscription plans.

  1. Then, you will see the pop-up where you need to provide your payment details to pay for the subscription. You can pay in various ways:

  • By card

  • Using SEPA payments

  • iDEAL

  • Bancontact

  • Using a voucher (coupon)

Select the appropriate option and finalise your subscription purchase. After the payment is processed, your subscription will change its status to 'Active' and you can continue enjoying unTill Air features.
