Who can use this feature?
In unTill Air, you are equipped to customise tickets in the way you like. You can change the name of the ticket, add images relating to your location, and add top and bottom text that represents your establishment.
To manage tickets, please follow these steps:
Navigate to 'Tickets'.
Edit existing tickets.
The customisation options available for the different types of tickets vary.
If desired, manage:
All ticket types: 'name' (you can change the default name if needed)
Only bills: 'print a QR code option' (you can tick this checkbox to print a QR code consisting of the digital bill on the printed bill to allow customers to save an electronic copy after receiving a printed bill)
All ticket types: 'image' (you can add an image at the top and an image at the bottom)
All ticket types: 'custom text' (at the bottom for all ticket types and at the top only for Z-X reports)
If you apply an image (logo, for example), you need to set a desired width.
Recommended width: between 200 and 400

Click 'Continue'.
Now, digital bills and printed ones will have all the modifications you applied.
