When you order Articles in the unTill Air app, then you must confirm the order for the tickets to be printed on the preparation printers. This keeps the kitchen staff informed about what to prepare. Once the order is confirmed, all Articles are saved to it, and the corresponding tickets are issued.
You can confirm the order in two ways:
Tap on the green button
Tap on the 'Checkout' button
To confirm the order, please follow these steps:
Open the unTill Air app.
Create any order.
Tap on the green button or tap on the 'Checkout' button.
Note: When you tap on the button 'Checkout', you are automatically redirected to the payment screen.
Now, the order is confirmed and the relevant order tickets are issued on the preparation printers assigned.
After the confirmation of the order, some of the actions with the Articles ordered are restricted:
You cannot add Article message to the confirmed Article
You cannot change the Modifiers of the confirmed Articles
You cannot change the Menu items of the confirmed Menu
You cannot change the Combi deal items of the confirmed Combi deals
You cannot change the Course of the confirmed Article
In the Direct sales mode, you can confirm the orders only by pressing a 'Checkout' button. After this, all Articles are confirmed and you can proceed to accept a payment on the payment screen.
