Access to unTill Payments

To unlock the unTill Payments portal with its features, you need first to request access to unTill Payments. You may submit this request through the Back Office.
To submit a request, please follow these steps:
Navigate to Settings > unTill Payments.
Click 'Request access to unTill Payments'.
Note: If you are using a trial period you will not be able to submit a request for the unTill Payments feature. Please activate your subscription and end the trial period to make such a request.

After submitting your request in the Back Office, your payments reseller will be notified via email. A payments reseller then processes your request, which results in the creation of a new payments location. Then payments reseller invites you to this newly created payments location.
Following this, you receive an invitation to access the Payments portal.
By completing the sign up process, and navigating by the provided link, the Location Owner can set up a payments profile within the portal to start working with unTill Payments in the Back Office.

To start using unTill Payments, the terminals are required.
Connect your reseller through the 'Need Help?' section in the Back Office. Request them to contact unTill Air representatives to link terminals to your location and arrange their delivery to your location.
After receiving the terminals, the Location Owner can activate and manage them within the Payments portal and the Back Office.
