My trial is about to end, I don't want to continue, what should I do?

Literally nothing. When your trial has ended, you cannot use POS and chatbot Claire anymore, you will not be charged or anything else because you haven't rolled to a paid subscription.

Only in case you click on the link from the email reminder or from the banner in the Back Office/POS and enter payment details, then your subscription will be activated. But once you have decided to not fill out that form and subscribe, your subscription will not be activated.

After the trial is over, your unTill Air account (Back Office) will remain active, so you can access the data in the Back Office if needed, and change your mind and go back at any moment.
